PAYMENT PROCESSING
Each client's store is given a unique merchant number for all online transactions generated through the store. DiscreetPharmacy has partnered with CYBERCASH, and all credit card numbers are encrypted using SET technology.
ORDER PROCESSING
DiscreetPharmacy handles the entire order management process, from securely processing customer orders to the fulfillment and timely delivery of products.
Order processing includes:
- Customer e-mail confirmation
- Product suppliers
- Fulfillment
- Customer shipping confirmation
The process can be customized to meet the needs of each client. If you are working with suppliers, orders can be directed to appropriate suppliers in appropriate formats including: CSV, EDI, e-mail, fax or others.
